1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AFTR PawTag, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use AFTR PawTag only for lawful purposes, specifically for managing your pet's digital identification profile. You must not use the platform to harass, impersonate, defraud, or harm others. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your dog's profile. Owners are responsible for keeping their dog's information accurate and up to date.
4. AFTR PawTag Ownership
AFTR PawTag NFC dog tags are physical products. Purchasing or activating an AFTR PawTag gives you the right to associate it with one account at a time. The physical product remains reusable; deleting your account returns the PawTag to an unclaimed state.
5. Dog Profile Ownership
You own the content you submit to your dog's profile. By publishing your profile, you grant AFTR PawTag a limited license to display that content to users who access your profile. You retain all rights to your content.
6. Lost Pet Recovery
AFTR PawTag is designed to assist with pet identification and recovery. However, AFTR PawTag does not guarantee the recovery of lost pets. The platform provides tools to share your contact information with anyone who finds your dog; actual recovery depends on many factors outside our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All AFTR PawTag branding, logos, software, and platform design are owned by AFTR PawTag and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute AFTR PawTag materials without written permission.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access that results from your failure to maintain security.
9. Suspension and Termination
AFTR PawTag reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension unless immediate action is required.
10. Limitation of Liability
AFTR PawTag is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFTR PawTag is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
